Foundation Course for Special School Teachers

The Foundation Course for Special School Teachers (FCSST) aims at equipping special school teachers with the essential knowledge of supporting students with more severe or multiple disabilities (SMD) (including non-Chinese speaking students) and helping them strengthen their understanding of the theories, knowledge and skills in supporting students with SMD. In addition, support for students with medical complexity (MC) in special schools and raising the learning outcomes of these students will also be introduced.

Eligibility Requirement

In-servce teachers of aided special schools who are newly-joined or have yet to attend the Training Course for Special School Teachers (TCSST)
